LOST/STOLEN SEPHORA PACKAGE I placed an order on the 10th of
Does anyone have any experience with losing a Sephora package? My tracking says it was delivered a day ago, and I have yet to receive it.
I checked my order status yesterday, 1/5/17, and it says my package

My shipping confirmation and box says it's only one shipment.
I placed Sephora order totaling $250 & never received it.
I received the 2nd order on Apr9 , the 1st one still missing. I checked the delivery ... My package got lost now and Sephora refuses to refund me.
