packlink have admitted that the parcel is lost and emailed me a claim form , they insist that I have to fill the form in even though it will not let.

I'm struggling to find the ..shipment confirmation page for packlink.. when I click on postage labels only ones for Royal Mail come up ..any help.
Also noticed on ebay tracking now shows, Claims Code Issued today. Yet in reply from packlink no mention of claim code or saying parcel lost.
